you can always buy a separate USB keyboard and use that instead of the integrated keyboard.

sounds like a motherboard issue, since the PSU works and shorting the power button pins doesn’t start it.
stupid idea: your sibling got in the router and banned your device to play a prank on you… otherwise, u/BananaLumps has the first things to try…
“every single method” means nothing for diagnosis, it can mean: stared at it for 2 min
the beep code means something, you have to check your manufacturer to know what it means, as different ones means different things.
it depends… water doesn’t damage parts, leaving water there or having it while it’s powered on will cause corrosion.
look at it physically, if there is residue around the chips or if the PCB is warped, don’t use it… otherwise install it and run memtest86+ to see if it has problems.
isopropyl alcohol is as conductive to electricity as water… pouring it will move crap into wherever it’s going and then evaporate, leaving the crap wherever it will…
if the components it bridged got damaged when they were shorted, they stay damaged…
like u/YogiBoh says, bring it to a tech and hope no damage was permanent…
the power coming in is regulated by the phone charging module, not the battery… it lasting less long is not related to the source of the charge
i would run memtest86+ to check if you have problems with your memory
does the power cuts off or does it receive a request for shutdown? like Windows says it’s shutting down
i would check your electricity first… having multiple problematic plugs in your place doesn’t sound like healthy power…
if your computer goes into shutdown, i would guess that your power switch on your case is problematic, i would try to unplug it from the motherboard and use the reset button to see if it still does it… that button is only a momentary switch
if you plan to do that: get a respirator! toner is very carcinogenic, you don’t want any part of that powder in your lungs.
if the printer lets you, you can print until the pages are starting to go pale, then shake the cartridge to move the toner so that it can be unloaded more easily.
if you go in the file explorer and you right-click on your C: drive, go in properties and launch “Disk Clean-up” you will have the option to get rid of the files for updates and temporary installation files, those can take a bunch of space… but over time, you have saves and data kept by programs that will fill places like your appdata folder…
you can use winstatdir to have an idea of what is using space and find forgotten files that takes a lot of space, but you have to be careful not to delete something that your computer needs to run…
i might be stupid, but the voltage goes up with utilization, as the CPU is boosting to a higher clock to dispatch your requests quickly… no?
why would you panic about that?
open it and make sure that all the expansion cards are fully seated in their slots, memory and GPU especially, they may have backed out partially from the shock.
