So my computer’s been running kinda slow lately so I tried to find the problem. Turns out I’ve only got about 10 gigabytes left on my main drive. I’ve deleted/uninstalled everything I could find on the drive that I don’t need, and everything left there are some videos, some pictures and some word documents. And I don’t have alot of videos or pictures either.

All my video games are on a separate hard drive, so I just don’t understand why my main drive is so low on space anymore. Any tips?

if you go in the file explorer and you right-click on your C: drive, go in properties and launch “Disk Clean-up” you will have the option to get rid of the files for updates and temporary installation files, those can take a bunch of space… but over time, you have saves and data kept by programs that will fill places like your appdata folder…

you can use winstatdir to have an idea of what is using space and find forgotten files that takes a lot of space, but you have to be careful not to delete something that your computer needs to run…
