As the title says! They take days/weeks to answer a tickets when they do which isn’t even half the time! They only answer fast if you pretend you don’t have the product and is interested in getting it but you have that one question…existing and loyal customers can do one basically

    Always been prompt for me but I’d imagine they are swamped at the moment with the new release recently…

    They’re great but overwhelmed. I’ve always had some type of answer and actual help most of the time.

    Also, I recommend the forum for support as well.

    Odd have you tried the chat support feature ? The 1 or 2 times I had an issue it took less than 15 minutes.

    Spare a thought for those of us who live outside the US or Europe (Australia here). You can’t even lodge a support ticket.

    You have to contact Yamaha support, where there’s like one guy for the whole country, who’s never in the office. Eventually they get back to you, only to tell you they’ve passed on tge query to Steinberg HQ.

    Weeks go by, only yo receive a useless stoc k response. Then you have to play this silly game through the middle-man over and over.

    I wish I could even just submit a ticket.

    Yeah everyone has the same problem with online support. it takes a lot of time before they get to you so don’t wait at all just call them they have a phone nr.

    Yes its a international nr for me at least because they are in Germany but it actually didn’t cost that much couple of euro’s. I called them got in touch with someone from support he told me to instal remote viewer he hopped on and went to work. He identified my problem and fixed it within an hour or so. It was a simple fix and i wish i had called them sooner because i reinstalled my system twice before i called.
