have you clicked on the small speaker icon on the track?

Create a track, place the in and out markers where you want and double click.

That happened to me for a while. It was the pitch wheel on my midi controller going bad. I was able to disassemble it and clean the pot and it’s ok now. Very odd and took me a while to figure out.

I believe there is a preset for logic key commands available int he preferences.

I think there is some info added with a “broadcast wave” format, tho not sure what.

Oh yeah, brining back the quanitze options of the old Cubase 3.5VST version - humanize, etc. It was great.
