depends what you value more, time or money.
you could also just create an email alias in cPanel for that domain that will look and act like a real email
check for updates as well
first i would run a speed test https://www.speedtest.net/
see what you are truly getting, im betting its not 400mbs - considering attenuation and the provide possibly throttling.
Second, your router should have an ip address on it with login credentials. if not just google the model of the router and how to log into it.
Open your browser, type the ip, login and check download settings to make sure you aren’t limiting your download speeds.
Beyond that you might want to consider a new router or getting an ethernet splitter to run Ethernet straight to your pc as well as the router.
this is absolutely something that can be fixed, fairly easy. just a matter of finding someone willing to deal with the pain of doing it. you should try taking it to a CPR repair place. They usually advertise mobile repair, but most if not all should be able to do pc/laptop repair.
PSUs are fairly cheap considering. you want to make sure you get enough wattage for the other components to run properly. I’m assuming since it’s a budget build for $800 a 650-700w should do just fine. But when in doubt get more wattage. A 900w seems a bit much for you without knowing your build specs. to sum up I’d get something name brand. seasonic, corsair, evga. 650+ W
