That’s why I always buy new versions directly from Steinberg. Also saves some agita on the install/prelim set-up.

Kontakt is directory-intolerant - that is, when you do a new install it moves the directories and you got to go find them in - I dunno, wherever NI decides where it wants them.
I still have a hard time locating all my user files. Search for .nki files. Look in the Common Files folder.
Kontakt may have the most paid sample libraries but it is a pain in the ass to work with and NI has made shit installs for the past couple revs.
