If you can open up the devices and clean any staining with isopropyl alcohol.
Just delete it. No need to worry, the chance that someone crafted a jpeg that can hack your computer is very low.
There was an issue with an open jpg library in 2016 but that one has been fixed and so far no active abuse has been reported.
Make sure the CPU 12v connector is plugged in correctly, I often see that one not plugged in all the way. It’s located at the top of your motherboard and in many cases it’s a hassle to plugin after the motherboard is installed do to lack of space.
Boot from USB with the Windows installer on it, delete all partitions and install fresh on the now blank drive, Windows will create new partitions for you.
Have you tried connecting your mouse and keyboard to the USB hub on your monitor?
It might not make any differences but it’s worth a try.
Take note of the difference between sequential and random reads/writes.
HDDs aren’t all that great at random reads/writes, SSDs don’t really care if it’s random or sequential.
Your HDD can be at 100% usage and only show 10MB’s when it’s reading or writing lots of small files all over the drive.
Any setting that doesn’t have b/g is the best: b and g are old 2.4 standards.
Maybe unrelated but I’ve seen a lot of issues with Bluetooth lately after a Windows Update for Intel Bluetooth drivers. Removing them and installing the drivers from intel.com seems to fix issues in some but not all cases.
Do you have color profiles installed for your monitors? Having the right color profiles doesn’t magically fix the issue but it makes it slightly easier.
The IP address change is correct, it’s just your router reporting it cant ping. Which also gives a clue about the issue: you’re not losing WiFi but your modem/router is disconnecting from the internet.
Contact your ISP and tell them that your modem/router is frequently disconnecting (could be faulty or old cabling).
To reiterate: this is not a WiFi issue.
