So i was trying to get better fps in games so i grabbed myself a very cheap gpu the gt 610 2gb to realize i need a 300W psu to run it and i had a 290W psu so i bought a new psu and connected it correctly just like the old one but it wouldnt boot i tried starting the psu with paper pin on tis own and it worked and the pc works with the old psu so help
I have a optiplex 9020 tower 16gb of ram i7 4th gen gt 610 2gb the new psu is delta gps-350eb-200
Make sure the CPU 12v connector is plugged in correctly, I often see that one not plugged in all the way. It’s located at the top of your motherboard and in many cases it’s a hassle to plugin after the motherboard is installed do to lack of space.
