I’m trying to clean up the temp file

I am not talking about temp files.

I am talking about windows update folder. Below is the path it is hidden so you will need to change the attributes.

C:\windows\software distribution\downloads.

Have you dumped the windows temp update file? Do you have enough drive space? Is the clock right in the BIOS and window?

Have you looked in task manager and scheduled task?

While dump files are nice have you like at the event viewer?

Have you updated the BIOS on the MOBO?

Go into safe mode.

Have you looked at the event viewer?

Can you get into safe mode?

Have you check chrome for Mac extension?

Have you pulled everything out of the motherboard. Put it back one by one?

Have you checked the event viewer?

Search for event viewer, open it. On the left side you well see window, open it. On the right side it will have several names select system. Create custom view, check the boxes, critical, warning, error. Then check ok and ok, it will ask for a name I just put in system.
