Hello everyone,

My HP ProBook 650 G2 can’t update to windows 11, windows update show that it’s doesn’t have the minimum configuration for updates, and to check the window integrity tool.

But when checked in this tool, it confirm that everything is ok and it’s supported on W11.

Do you have any ideas why ? Do you know where to have more information, maybe log or something?

    I’m trying to clean up the temp file en Yep, 70gb available in the drive I will check the BIOS clock, I didn’t know that it could be an issue

      I am not talking about temp files.

      I am talking about windows update folder. Below is the path it is hidden so you will need to change the attributes.

      C:\windows\software distribution\downloads.
