Ok first disconnect the m2 boot from the SSD, see everything is working fine now turn off connect the m2 turn on check if show on bios if it does boot from the SSD again it should not show at first restart and it should now if it doesn’t try cleaning the m.2 port.
Check if the charger is broken or you change something in the afterburner and it freezes.
Check if the CPU fan has dust it overheats and freeze.
Check the cables, check if your router power has a beep sound check if everything inside your house related to the internet is working properly if everything is fine then call your provider.
Check programs running like coin miners or something in the background when idle or overheat may cause blue screen.
Reinstall windows on it.
Reading the reviews some Scott foster says you should use display port cable on that monitor to get the most out of that monitor or you will get only 60mhz check the reviews from Amazon.
