Wipe it clean and reinstall windows. Its not like linux that you just reboot and it fixes itself :C

Bring it to a repair shop. Dont tell them that it maybe the motherboard ect they will just overcharge, just tell them how it happened and dont guess what it was. I think maybe the battery overloaded not 100℅ sure cuz then it would turn on from ac power
Set it back to uefi csm. Seems like your windows install used uefi to boot and legacy dont have thaz support.
Try windows 10 ltsc when reiinstalling windows. That version is a bit more stable

there are companies that do data recorvery. you shoukd send your hdd to one to save your data. it may cost some money and not 100% that you get everything back.
I cant have a fix for this. sadly some widows problem only go away after a reinstall. BUT if you reinstall windows 10 use LTSC edition. download it from waybackmachine. it an edition of windows that is supported till 2031 with security updates and much more stable
just shutdown? i had a buggy firmqare woth my asus motherboard and that did this. maybe you need a new motherboard
try malwarebytes. its a nice tool to remoce malwarw theaths. i think that could help you
Download malwarebytes and run a full scan and search for any kind of remote acces software.
