    Yes, it does do proper 60Hz input. The “true 24FPS” thing is meaning it can also show 24FPS content flashed at 72Hz so you don’t get the judder from the traditional 24 to 60FPS conversion that flashes half the frames twice and the other half three times.

    I’d also mention that you should set it to game mode for lower latency if you are using it for your ps5!

    Nice TV - in 2008, that went for $5k. It will definitely do 1080p at 60fps.

    Movies are shot at 24fps, so True 24fps is a setting that reduce the picture to 24fps to match - if desired.
