Have you tried holding the power button for a full 15 seconds then pressing power? If so what lights do you see? If there’s lights Can you connect an external monitor to it and see if it’s a display issue? Do you hear any fans or drives spinning?

I’d also mention that you should set it to game mode for lower latency if you are using it for your ps5!

Are you connecting to a laptop or pc? When you say “go to camera” what are you referring to? The built in windows camera app??(assuming windows) more info might help

So is the internet working for other devices such as your phone? When connected to the WiFi and you go to neverssl.com do you get the error? What does the network settings say about your connection? Can anything be pinged?

Sounds like a bad USB but it would be easiest to check with another computer or usb. Does a different usb freeze your pc? Does the bad usb in a different computer freeze it?

So you’re connecting the AirPod max via 3.5? Why not use Bluetooth, is it not compatible with PS5? If not then it’s possible using a splitter would work but I’m not sure sorry
