Hello! I recently completed this PC build about a month ago, and everything is great! I am concerned with some of the CPU temps I am getting. I am currently idling around 65 C and about 90 C under load. I’ve attached photos of the temps and the build. I am using MSI afterburner for monitoring. I have tried everything short of changing the thermal paste. I thought that remounting the AIO would help, however it did not. Please let me know what to do! Thank you all!

Modern CPUs will basically overclock themselves so you should expect them to run pretty near their thermal limits when under load, that’s a pretty high idle temperature though.

I don’t know that much about liquid coolers, are you sure the water is flowing properly?

This seems like a physical problem to me. I’d personally just remove the cooler, repaste it and reinstall it again, it’s probably on there like slightly cross threaded or you’ve got a big bubble in your paste or something.

Are the temps OK with the front grill totally removed? I had an H510i which has a glass plate, but the way that it was ventilated through the sides of the grill plate may also be causing you an issue.
