i was using my pc and my keyboard suddenly stopped working. i couldn’t type anything but it would still light up. i restarted my pc but then both my mouse and keyboard wouldn’t work and i couldn’t get pass the lock screen. i bought a cheaper mouse to see if it would work and it still wouldn’t. i tried all other ports, configuring settings on BIOS, and startup repair (it did not work because idk the administrator password). i really don’t understand what went wrong and what else to do, please help! :))
