That’s an ordinary SATA Drive. They use two connectors located next to each other. A SATA data connnector and a SATA Power connector. If there is something that plugs into a USB port attached to the drive itself, like a short cable, remove it and the drive should be able to be powered directly from the PC.
If you have or know someone who has a SATA drive dock, both of these connectors slide into female connectors in the dock at the same time. That device will have a power supply and USB port you can attach to your comptuer’s external USB port.
I use my smart TV as a dumb monitor. Sound comes from a Denon AVR and I use a Roku Ultra on an input of that for various streaming channels and Plex. Plex runs on a PC with live and DVR for OTA TV and movies.
