Can you open the volume mixer (just search how to open volume mixer and your version of windows).
Type and see what is making the sound.
If it’s a virus or malware search Malwarebytes and scan.
If it’s not, you might be able to find it in the Task Manager and stop it from starting up. Maybe it’s just a prank program someone put on there.
Try using space sniffer.
It’s probably windows system restore point or something like that.
You might need to update the integrated graphics if they are not performing well.
But it’s (IMO) best to not disable them because laptops are designed to switch when needed to dedicated GPU. It saves power and produces less heat when low demand and using the integrated.
Well if your accounts have not been leaked then you could have malware/virus or some browser extension / add on that is stealing your saved passwords or when you log into somewhere.
Scan and check all web browsers extensions/addons/plug ins.
