An obstructed fan and an HDD are the only two things that can cause a clicking noise in a PC. Check if there are wires obstructing your case fans, and your CPU fan. If you have a hard disk drive, check if the noise is coming from there, if so, I suggest you move everything in that drive to another drive asap, if you can still access it.

Did the TV stopped working at all after using the HDMI Cable? Were you not able to turn it on at all?
There’s no actual fix. How much storage does your phone have? Samsung’s version of Android (Android 13) is around 50-60GB already. Your only option is using an external storage (microSD) to save your personal files. Your internal storage should be dedicated for your phone’s operating system (Android).
Do you mean the wifi settings?
Has this happened before? If not, check if you updated a driver. If not, try reinstalling them. Sometimes drivers are glitchy. If reinstalling the current driver version doesn’t work, try rolling back to an older version where your network adapter worked.
How can you tell that it is slower than the old laptop? Can you give an example or a scenario that makes you think its slower?
