  • Your power supply should be enough to at least get it to post, but it MIGHT crash under any sort of load. How long are you usually waiting for your system to post before trying to reset CMOS again? DDR5 systems are notorious for taking extremely long to post, especially the first time. Often times it will restart at least once on its own as it is trying to train memory.

  • Can you confirm 100% that your AIO is functioning properly?

11900k meaning you purchased your computer a little less than 3 years ago, likely a little more than 2, correct? This unfortunately could mean that your AIO has died.

Download any temperature monitoring software like HWMonitor, HWInfo, etc. Then run some sort of stress test like Cinebench or whatever. Something to put a load on your CPU. Watch the temps. If it’s hitting like 80-90C, but not any higher, then at least you can rule this out. If it’s getting anywhere close to 100C or above, then you have a cooling issue. You can also feel the pipes on your AIO and see if you feel water pumping through it and if one pipe feels significantly warmer than the other.

  • Most common thing to go wrong when moving a computer is RAM or GPU getting dislodged. Try unmounting and remounting those components. Computer components aren’t as delicate as you might want to believe.

Other thing that could have gone wrong is that you’re booting off a HDD. Moving a computer with an HDD could potentially be catastrophic. Would make sense that it boots up for a second, then fails if this is the case. Can you confirm any of this information?
