Mobo: Asrock z690 rs pro
Cpu: intel core i5 12600k
Ram: Corsair vengeance 2x8 16GB ram 3200mhz
I tried to fix the speed from BIOS and enable xmp but my PC crashed and took a minute to reboot back again and it almost gave me a heart attack
What do i do? Because it’s now back on 2133MHz and I’m afraid to do anything

check this to see if your RAM’s EXACT model number appears in this list. If it does not, you will have to manually adjust your RAM to get it to work. I would suggest trying to either lower your RAM speed one notch or adjust your RAM voltage. I recommend the first because 3000 vs 3200 isn’t significant and if you can be stable without touching voltage, it is usually a safer bet.
