Ereaders like Boox have a bluetooth clicker you can purchase. It has 2 buttons to go back and forth handsfree. There might be something similar that can be configured if you want.

Just saying… you should not take a risk with data storage devices. If something has bad reviews, I would steer clear. Some day you might accidently put something on it you care about and it might get lost.

A 6 core CPU is kinda weak for the 3080, and can result in inconsistent frame times.

I dont actually know if thats your issue, but I would look into your CPU/GPU utilization. Ideally you want close to 100% on GPU and much less than 100% on CPU.
