i’ve got a 5600x and a 3080 and i was struggling getting 100fps on minecraft stably and fortnite 165fps with epic settings and some other games as well just wanted to know if i have done anything weird/ a setting that’s off. I’ve got a display port cable plugged into the gpu not the mobo so don’t worry about that

A 6 core CPU is kinda weak for the 3080, and can result in inconsistent frame times.

I dont actually know if thats your issue, but I would look into your CPU/GPU utilization. Ideally you want close to 100% on GPU and much less than 100% on CPU.
