If you format and start fresh yes it’s like a new out of the box computer.

Is this a laptop or desktop? Is your friend sure they plugged it into the gpu and not the onboard graphics?
Sounds like they sent you a bad unit or it got damaged in transit, id send it back DOA.
The sim card cant store more than contacts on it so theres very little in the way of risk there. The SD card format it, the phone wipe it and start fresh.
You are overthinking this.
In my experience modern components are far more resilient and resistant to static. I have been working on PCs for over 20 years and once cases stopped being beige no one made mention of it and I have never worried about ESD discharge personally and never had an issue with it.
This video is a bit over dramaticized but they do mess around with it a bit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXkgbmr3dRA
MSI afterburner has nothing to do with CPU.
What are your CPU temps at?
is your bios and chipset drivers fully updated, if not id start there.
I will be honest a cursory review of your posts shows you could use some level of professional help. There is no spy device someone could have installed in 90 minutes to do any of this. Unless they installed software which is highly unlikely. Look up repair guides on the iphone 13 pro or the hardware apple sends out for repairs even to open the phone without breaking it requires at least 30 minutes or more if you have the specialized tools and equipment let alone how long it will then take to install this non existant hardware and re-assemble the device.
I know it’s a phone what operating system…as in android or iOS that matters here.
what speed is your memory? is it on your boards QVL? is your bios and amd chipset drivers up to date? If not I would start there. You shouldnt need to touch your CPU voltage leave it on auto.
You are getting a BSOD due to CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_IDLE_THREAD which typically is an issue between your cores and threads and can point to a multitude of issues so start by ensuring your bios and chipset drivers are fully up to date as that may solve it

Where did you come across this?
You need either a dedicated non bluetooth wireless headset, one that typically would come with its own dongle or a wired headset. This is a limitation of the windows bluetooth stack and how its implemented.
Can’t do that on modern Macbooks the drive is soldered.
You cant make photo posts but you can include them in your post upload a screenshot to imgur or a similar image host and share the link
You may need to RMA it I have a series S controller that no matter what I have tried just wont work. Unfortunately it’s beyond RMA time so I am stuck with it so instead now it lives wired.
Your cpu sounds like it’s thermal throttling like mad. I’d ensure you have proper mounting pressure or if it’s an aio it’s actually pumping
What type of internet service do you have? How fast is it on speed tests? Wifi towers? huh? Do you use cellular internet?
64bit windows can run any 32bit software
I’d go to a Minecraft modding subreddit because this is not how you go about it.
YouTube likely has some guides too.
