2 years agoGoing by what you said, all you did was reinstall an unactivated Windows. You need to actually activate it, with a key.

It sounds like it has a hdd, Ssd will fix the slowness.
The bing search sounds like if you accidentally click on the info part of the windows 10/11 lock screen - it will open a bing search or page from that info.
