1 year agoMost likely a dead CMOS battery. The CMOS battery is what keeps a small amount of things powered to store things like config data and data/time. If this does, when the BIOS/UEFI goes to boot it won’t find the data and will essentially lock itself up.
Your ISP most likely throttled your connection because of the torrenting.
