100%. The license is stored on the USB-eLicenser. As long as it’s connected to the computer, on which want to use the software, you are good to go.

Updates are always available for users with existing licenses. There is a cheaper update option from Cubase Artist 8.5 to Cubase Artist 13.

Since Cubase 13 moved to their new license system, the USB-eLicenser is no longer required. You can have the license active on up to three computers (without having to carry around the USB dongle).

Officially, the seller must ensure that the scope of delivery is complete.

Since Cubase 12, the “ReWire” functionality has been removed as Reason Studios (formerly Propellerhead) discontinued the development of ReWire in 2020. Fewer and fewer DAWs will support this as it is a “dead technology”. If you are using Cubase 12 (or newer), ReWire is not available anymore.
