Well your browser history, text messages, bookmarks, search history, saved passwords, etc. is all going to be synced to your Google account, so you should probably reset that password. Then figure out if they’re getting it through your phone or your computer, reset your phone, if it still happens then reset your computer, don’t forget to backup your data somewhere else.

You’re using someone else’s network, you play by their rules. That’s basically it. If they block multiplayer games and the VPN you want to use then they’re blocked, either use a different VPN and walk to a different coffee shop 🤷
