OLED is the best TV panel you can get. I would go with Sony or LG You can see more suggestions on r/4ktv

I don’t like built-in Smart stuff. I prefer the boxes. If you have an iPhone, Mac, Airpods or other definitely get an Apple TV, otherwise go with the Chromecast or Roku dongles for basic stuff. If you want all the features then get a Shield Pro
