1 year agotask manager has never been completely accurate in showing you what exactly is using what in terms of RAM usage I’d say check resource monitor aswell
in the future immediately turn off the PC and disconnect the power then while the power is unplugged attempt to turn it on again to empty the power out of the capacitors then clean up the remaining water with q tips and then let dry for 2-3 days your attempt to immediately power up the PC probably worsened any damage
your only hope now is to leave it in a cool and dry place and try to turn it back on in a few days
