Please dont ask me how he did it im 99% sure that he didnt do anything but im an overthinker so my device is an android. So is there anyway i could know if he downloaded anything. he took it for less than 5m but still im an overthinker.
What im worried about if he downloaded anything that could access my mic, or camera.

Who?? Are we talking about someone at a mobile repair kiosk, a buddy of yours, or a jealous BF?
The first thing you should check is anything out of order or an app opened that shouldn’t be (banking apps, facebook, twitter, instagram, files app).
As another person stated, you can always backup your data, erase the phone and start from scratch if you are super paranoid.
If it’s just settings, what he could do was force an update. Or change something that will annoy you. You can look into your list of installed apps and sort by install date.
