I have no idea if I used the correct flair so correct me if I’m wrong. I was gifted a used Xbox one and Toshiba tv in 2019 and it randomly stopped working. I thought it was my Xbox or the hdmi cable but both of those work fine with a different tv. The tv turns on but it’s a black screen with a moving blue bar saying “no video signal,” which is the same screen I normally get when I turn on the tv without turning on the Xbox. I can turn off the Xbox with the controller and tv just because I remember what the screen looks like, but I don’t actually see the screen. I can hear audio from that too. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but nothing :/

Might want to try an older hdmi cable then or a very basic one. Some of the newer ones sold are meant for new uhd hdr 4K tech that might run into issues. Also perhaps the culprit is your Xbox itself. That tv is 720p and you need to make sure your video display in the Xbox settings is at 720p not 1080p. Try and go in the Xbox and check the video settings. Might have to play around with the resolutions. I’m guessing the remote you have is not the original so it might be harder to do a factory reset
