Wonder if this is more of an issue with your computer than the files itself. Can you send the photos to your phone and see if they are like that? If they are not you might just be having issues with your computer or video card

Sounds like the case it’s in might not be getting proper airflow and is causing the overheating. Have you ran temp tests on it? Your fans should be running at 65c-70c.
I would check the pins when your putting it on your board. Make sure it’s going in all the way and see if that works first. If that doesn’t work maybe the board needed a bios update before you changed the cpu and that’s what caused the issue. Hope that helps
Might want to try an older hdmi cable then or a very basic one. Some of the newer ones sold are meant for new uhd hdr 4K tech that might run into issues. Also perhaps the culprit is your Xbox itself. That tv is 720p and you need to make sure your video display in the Xbox settings is at 720p not 1080p. Try and go in the Xbox and check the video settings. Might have to play around with the resolutions. I’m guessing the remote you have is not the original so it might be harder to do a factory reset
I would wait at least a week on the safe side with 48 hours minimal. Also keep it in a place with good air flow. Do not use something like a blow dryer, but you can use microfiber cloths and q tips to remove as much moisture as possible.
