I have a relatively cheap pc and I’ve used the power cable it came with, I’ve wrapped it in tape so it would fit snugly into the port but the pc turned off rn, I’m hoping it isn’t dead and that it’s just an issue with the cable.
The pc motherboard lights light up when I plug it in but the head of the cable obviously doesn’t fit the port so it only works in a specific position.
The port has 3 rectangular pins, the cable head has 3 slots, the cable head doesn’t stay put because the port is slightly bigger, the head also seems to be too long as a decent portion of the ‘slot compartment’ sticks out.
I don’t know what kind of port my power supply is using but I know that the cable is marked “MSL-107”.
The inside of the port says “10A 250V AC”, so does the cable.
I can send some photos.
I need help figuring out what cable is supposed to go with the port.

PC atx power cables should be standarded size, either you got dud of the cable or power supply.
