About 3-5 seconds after any form of my computer shutting off, whether it be going to sleep or even a full shutdown, it will start itself back up. Pressing and holding the power button will stop it from booting itself, and unplugging the power and reconnecting it does not start the PC.

I have tried many possible solutions such as turning off fast startup, unplugging all devices from the PC, and turning on PowerdownAfterShutdown, but none of it has worked. I have a suspicion it has to do with the BIOS, as the problem started occurring around when my PSU failed. The last time the PC powered on before the PSU failed, the BIOS and time/date were reset. After that, it couldn’t power on so I replaced the PSU and since then I have not had any issues besides this one.

I can give more details on my hardware or the faulty PSU situation if needed. Any help is appreciated.

This might be indicative of motherboard damage caused by the old PSU. It could also be an issue with the new PSU itself.
