Ever since I updated to Windows 11 23H2, it seems like Microsoft Edge fast boot is always enabled even though I have it disabled in the settings. This is really annoying because it keeps it running in the background and uses resources for nothing. I have already enabling it and disabling it again, no luck. Does anyone know a solution please?
