I want to check and see what there is because I seem to be getting a lot of international calls and cold calls and scamming and telemarketing calls.

In my country at least the reputable reverse searches are paid.
There’s no way to tell how or if this parties have lists.
Run your number through have I been pwned, that will tell you if it’s been part of any data breathes but it’s hard to find out who is legally selling your number.
