I run that with no additions considering I’m cautious about my link clicks. Malwarebytes is free and good if you want to scan stuff that’s already downloaded. AVG is known for being decent and free, but it might cause some bloating. It’s not good to have two anti viruses at once. Tl;dr - the built in antivirus is fine if you’re using a PC
