Windows 11 Control Panel Gone!

After an update, my Windows 11 Control Panel Stopped working. Instead get error message:

::{26EEo668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98682}\0
Application not found

I updated and ran sfc: it found things and fixed them, but evidently failed to replace the missing(?)

file(s). Now I don’t know how to proceed. Any suggestions?

Have you tried System Restore and go back before the update?
