For some reason no matter what game I play my FPS will only go up to 60.
Now before you ask, yes my monitor is 60hz but this does not mean my computer should be capping my frames at 60 mainly because it hasn’t done this before. I’m thinking of buying a better monitor and I want to know how many frames I can get on certain games. Also in the past I was able to get uncapped fps on my PC and now for some reason its capped.

Here’s what I tried:
disabling V-sync In Nvidia Control Panel
Uncapping FPS in Riva Tuner
Made sure V-sync is off and FPS is uncapped in all games
Downloading new drivers
Making sure V-sync isn’t on in program settings in Nvidia Control Panel
Restarting my computer with all these changes applied

Maybe it’s vsync or your monitor’s refresh rate
Beyond the Nvidia Control Panel, ensure that any GPU-specific software (like GeForce Experience) isn’t enforcing its own FPS cap. Some overlay applications (like Discord, Steam overlay) can sometimes interfere with game performance.
You’ve disabled vsync, but what about gsync/freesync? Both would cap your fps too
Check Whisper Mode is ON or OFF… It reduces the sound of the fan speed but also reduces the performance by capping the FPS
got a 4k screen, it is capped at 60 fps
the pc is capable of displaying higher fps, but then I would need a new screen
Whisper Mode seems to be for laptops and since I am on a desktop probably why cant find it, rivatuner is showing 60 fps
changed to image scaling @ 77% as that was new to me
