I just would love to get some input on how to use it, as I’m trying to learn mixing and mastering my own songs right now.

I think my stuff lacks some saturation to glue stuff together maybe. Any advice on how to use it for this? Use it on buses? The master only?

What are you using it for?

Reference that I like: that warm sound of Westside Gunn Albums for example. That’s of course sound choice a lot; but I doubt it’s just that

I like using it on vocals to round out the midrange a bit and make it more focused into whatever slot I want it to cut through in. The high shelf boost is also nice and airy without sounding harsh.

Thx! I tried radiator before and it sounds great too, but magneto is easier to dial in I guess.

So you add warmth just on a frequency spectrum that you think needs it?

I tried the warmth preset on the master turnt the lowcut up to 400 and it glued ny track together much better. Didn’t know it acts that way

Yeah, I just target it to whatever range I feel needs that saturation to become more cohesive. The midrange harmonics on vocals can often feel a little harsh, so it’s perfect for softening them a bit.
