So I recently bought an Ipad pro off Amazon, i was home all day waiting for the delivery and it said it got delivered but its no where in sight. I started a refund process and days later my neighbour calls me saying they have my package. Its a week now and the ipad starts resetting itself, I have apple care on the ipad. Can I still get it fixed by apple certified shops or will something happen?

    I’m honestly not sure what question you’re even asking here. AppleCare warranty is not conditional up “how it was delivered”.

    If it’s “under warranty”,. then it’s “under warranty”. Apple will assess it and let you know what they find and whether the found-damage is covered or not.

    Did you get a refund for it? If you did, apple can lock the device remotely. If you did get a refund, then you did not lose out on anything unless you want a free item because of what happened. Once it is locked, there is no way it can be fixed for cheap.
