My coworker bitlock him self out of his laptop, I’ve been trying to help him get it unlocked, he doesn’t have the bitlock code or even his Microsoft email to unlock it. So we tried to clean wipe the whole laptop but his driver did not show up when trying to reinstall windows I’m kinda at a lost any idea?
Windows setup can’t read the drive because of the encryption. To fix it you’ll need to boot to the Windows setup USB, choose the repair option then command prompt. Use the diskpart command to wipe the drive and then you’ll be able to use it to reinstall.
