Someone is monitoring my google search history, google maps history, text chats, certain apps such as door dash and reporting all their findings to my wife via an anonymous number. I’m not doing anything suspicious or illegal but I don’t know why they feel the need to notify my wife through an anonymous number of all my phone activities. I have Norton and mcafeee installed . Is there a Better way to detect spyware on my phone or is there something else on my phone?
Change your google account password from a new terminal (not your phone).
Factory reset your phone.
Set it up as new.
Recover your google id on the new phone.
Install Authy.
Setup 2fa for everything
You now have a slightly less convenient but more secure digital footprint.
