Someone is monitoring my google search history, google maps history, text chats, certain apps such as door dash and reporting all their findings to my wife via an anonymous number. I’m not doing anything suspicious or illegal but I don’t know why they feel the need to notify my wife through an anonymous number of all my phone activities. I have Norton and mcafeee installed . Is there a Better way to detect spyware on my phone or is there something else on my phone?
First, confront your wife about this shit. That shit is whack and is not normal in any way in a healthy relationship.
Second, go into your Google account and log it out of all devices, change your password, and enable 2 factor authentication… You clearly left yourself logged in on a device someone else is able to access or someone figured out your password.
