Hello!

Recently got a new monitor for my setup, however when switching tabs or moving my cursor over to the other monitor, the screens on both monitors keep freezing, going back to normal, then freezing again repeatedly (with about 5-10 second intervals). After a few minutes the freezing stops but then comes back again later at a random time when i switch monitors (the cursor).

Both monitors have 165hz and 24 inch screens
CPU and Graphics card should not be the problem either;
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5800
GC : RTX 3070

(windows 10 btw)

Any possible solutions to this problem or is it normal?

    Are your GPU and chipset drivers up to date?

    Are you running an SSD or HDD, and how full are your disks?

    How much RAM and what speed is it running at? XMP on or off?

      Both GPU and Chipset drivers are up to date

      I run 1TB of SSD, 142GB available

      Ram is 16GB and runs at 3200 MHz, I’m not sure whether XMP is off or on and havent been able to find it in UEFI but doubt it matters since im running at 3200 MHz currently.
