I don’t know what exactly happened, but i got this notification when i was downloading an app to look at my security cameras. It says something about allowing or disallowing critical alerts and then allow or don’t allow. I can’t shut off or open my phone.

    So your phone is completely frozen? You could try forcing a restart.

    Android:

    Press and hold your Android device’s Power button and the Volume Down key for at least 5 seconds or until the screen shuts down. Release the buttons once you see the screen lighting up again

    IOS:

    1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
    2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
    3. Press and hold the side button.
    4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
