Do you have any other monitor at home you could try using for troubleshooting and see if you still have frame drops? Hard to say if the TV is causing the problem.

I just use the built in Windows Defender and also use the uBlock origin
add-on for Firefox.
Have you tried disk part? You could go to command prompt and enter diskpart
. It will ask for administrator privileges. Then type list volume
and see if there are any drives with exFAT
as their file type.
Go to “Device Security” in Windows settings. (push win
and type Device Security). Do you see “Security Processor?” And can you click security processor troubleshooting? You might have to click “Clear TPM.”
Yeah you should be able to plug a mouse into the port on the tablet and unlock it that way and then plug it into a computer and drag the files onto your computer.
Do you have ‘Lenovo Vantage Software’ installed? Are you able to see your GPU in there or change GPU working mode from hybrid to GPU?
Hmm. I would think the app would be able to set some setting so you could mute with a key, but I don’t have one to test it out with.
######One solution:
Microsoft has a tool called PowerToys that includes Keyboard Manager utility that is able to mute your computer sound using keyboard shortcuts. (I tested with Ctrl + F9
but you can play around and find something you like) This does require the Keyboard tool to be running for this to be in effect, however.
As far as troubleshooting goes, until you can get at least a BIOS/UEFI screen on the monitor I would remove/disconnect all of your storage devices and only use 1 stick of RAM at a time. I would also unplug all of the devices connected to the USB ports etc (except for your keyboard).
It sounds like you have made sure the GPU is seated properly since you switched out the motherboard.
I am not sure if the new CPU you put in has integrated graphics (I could be wrong though), so keep that in mind while troubleshooting. You could try using a different output on the GPU itself if you haven’t already. (Try HDMI, display port, and DVI if you have the cables)
Does the computer seem to stay running while you have been testing it? Or does it shut itself down within a couple of minutes?
Do either of these other 3 finger gestures work for you?
See all open windows: Place three fingers on the touchpad and swipe them away from you.
Switch between open windows: Place three fingers on the touchpad and swipe right or left.
The laptop looks like it has 2 DIMM Slots according to this disassembly video (looks pretty simple) so it would be easy to upgrade RAM.
As far as the 2 TB drive, I suppose you could try plugging it in and seeing if it works. That specific motherboard might not work with anything > 1 TB.
You could try backing up your bookmarks and whatever other settings from chrome you want to keep and then reset chrome back to the defaults.

Are you sure? To me it looks like the motherboard supports either 2230 or 2280.
So your phone is completely frozen? You could try forcing a restart.
Android:
Press and hold your Android device’s Power button and the Volume Down key for at least 5 seconds or until the screen shuts down. Release the buttons once you see the screen lighting up again
IOS:
I can’t tell with your specific motherboard model, but does the motherboard have some sort of Debug LED on it? Perhaps the LED blinking is actually a code for a certain problem.
