Since a month ago, I would have days where I keep getting BSOD every 40min~3hours. I would be just using a browser to read, research, or watch youtube and I would get BSOD. I would be playing games, and I would get BSOD. I just restart the computer and leave it on (idle), and I get BSOD.

I also read that upping the CPU voltage to 1.4V would help. But it is already sitting at 1.4V.
My system spec:
CPU: AMD ryzen 7 2700x
MOBO: B450 tomhawk
OS: windows 11 education ver
RAM 16gb
what speed is your memory? is it on your boards QVL? is your bios and amd chipset drivers up to date? If not I would start there. You shouldnt need to touch your CPU voltage leave it on auto.
You are getting a BSOD due to CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_IDLE_THREAD which typically is an issue between your cores and threads and can point to a multitude of issues so start by ensuring your bios and chipset drivers are fully up to date as that may solve it
