everytime i open my camera the screen displays the word “Access” and the lens is going back and forth after that it tells me to turn it off and turn on again but it doesn’t work

Are you connecting to a laptop or pc? When you say “go to camera” what are you referring to? The built in windows camera app??(assuming windows) more info might help
